HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems).
Responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of services to Honeywell's clients liaising with the technical team and sub-contractors Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise) Software load and Configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required Carrying out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks Navigate and interrogate BMS interfaces Reporting near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement Plan and document maintenance and repair activities Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients Key Experience & Capabilities : A trade or an appropriate Electrical, Mechanical or Electronic qualification is essential Intermediate computer skills Minimum 3-4 years' proven background in the servicing and maintenance of BMS technical equipment Electrical experience : - Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams and electrical switching Instrumentation experience Knowledge of instrumentation devises and control applications Access Controls experience knowledge of access controls is beneficial Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management systems and procedures Commitment to customer satisfaction Good communication - both verbal and written Self-motivated and the ability to work independently without supervision The ability to work under pressure A strong commitment to safety and a safe working environment Full driver's license required and can travel to sites outside of Dunedin at times (Queenstown, Christchurch etc) About Us The world is changing.
