Field Service Technician

A great opportunity exists in our Tauranga Branch to work on the latest construction equipment in the field, and develop your career, knowledge, skills and experience further within the heavy diesel industry.
As Health and Safety is a priority for us at TDX you will be up to speed with practices and be able to demonstrate this in your work habits.
This knowledge will help you to promote the company image in a professional manner as well as provide first class customer service.
Responsibilities include: Diagnose, maintain and repair all equipment in a professional and efficient way.
Maintain continuing good relationships with customers and potential customers within the Region.
Actively work to ensure excellent daily communication with the workshop and parts department.
Complete all paperwork as directed.
Ensure timecards are completed daily showing the correct job number.
Record stocks, oils and other material used against a job number.
Our ideal applicant will be: Qualified Heavy Diesel with Construction Equipment experience.
Looking for a self-starter with initiative.
Used electronic diagnostic equipment in previous roles.
Have hydraulics experience.
Have worked on construction equipment/plant.
