We are looking for our Flash - you have a natural affinity for working with electrical currents but are also willing to be our Speedster across multiple customer sites.
Bring your expertise as a licensed Industrial Electrician and join a terrific team, delivering contract repairs, maintenance, installations, and emergency services.
As a Field Service Technician, you'll work with world-class solutions across large distribution centres, warehouses, and manufacturing operations.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT The position will require participation in an on-call roster with working hours covering:
Monday to Friday day shift and one or two Saturdays per month at overtime rates.
Tasks and Qualifications: SETTING YOU UP FOR SUCCESS REQUIRES:
Electrical: Full NZ Unrestricted Electrical License Mechanical: Mechanical maintenance experience is highly regarded Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults on high-tech material handling equipment and AGVs Natural passion for delivering exceptional service General PLC experience in Siemens S7 and SCADA preferred but not mandatory, training will be provided Compliance with OH&S requirements to maintain a safe workplace for yourself & your coworkers Experience with automation (conveyors), wrapping machines, and material handling equipment Familiarity with computerized maintenance systems (CMMS) Experience with pneumatic systems First respondent to breakdown notifications when on call Ability to work independently, make confident decisions, and drive results Develop and maintain effective ongoing relationships with key customers and teams WHAT WE OFFER: Tools of trade items including fully maintained company vehicle, tools, uniform, mobile phone, and laptop computer.
