You'll take on a diverse opportunity where you can enhance your coffee tech skills and collaborate closely with our sales, training teams, and baristas while visiting our customers.
You'll receive comprehensive training from our Atomic team to learn everything you need to know about our equipment, service, and coffee.
Events are a big part of what we do; you'll have the opportunity to represent Atomic, networking and engaging with experts within the coffee field.

About you:
You'll be a coffee person and a natural problem solver with technical aptitude. You'll be a strong communicator, collaborating with our sales and training teams to ensure our customers receive the best service. You thrive on accuracy and detail and understand the importance of timeliness in your work. An EAS license is required, and a can-do attitude is equally valuable.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday opportunity based in Kingsland, Auckland. Like any service technician role, occasional work will fall outside of standard working hours, so some flexibility will be required for on-call support.
