You'll take on a diverse opportunity where you are able to not only enhance your coffee tech skills but also collaborate closely with our sales, training teams and baristas, supporting in these spaces as you are out and about visiting our customers.
You'll get comprehensive training from our Atomic team to learn all you need to know about our equipment, service, and coffee.

About You
You'll be a coffee person and a natural problem solver with technical aptitude. You'll be a strong communicator as you collaborate with our sales and training teams to ensure our customers receive the best service offering. You'll be someone who thrives on accuracy and detail and understands timeliness when it comes to completion. Your EAS license is a must, and your can-do attitude is equally as valuable.
This is a full-time Monday to Friday opportunity based in Kingsland, Auckland. Like any service technician role, occasional work will fall outside of standard working hours so some flexibility will be required for on-call support.
