We're a leader in the NZ Specialty Coffee industry, with a tight knit team of passionate and knowledgeable hospitality professionals.Why join us as our Field Service Technician?You'll take on a diverse opportunity where you are able to not only enhance your coffee tech skills but also collaborate closely with our sales, training teams and baristas, supporting in these spaces as you are out and about visiting our customers.You'll get comprehensive training from our Atomic team to learn all you need to know about our equipment, service, and coffee.There's lots for you to be involved in as events are a big part of what we do; you'll have the opportunity to represent Atomic, networking and engaging with experts within the coffee field.You'll join a brand that celebrates knowledge sharing and upskilling; you'll be continuously enhancing your technical knowhow and having fun while you do.About YouYou'll be a coffee person and a natural problem solver with technical aptitude. You'll be a strong communicator as you collaborate with our sales and training teams to ensure our customers receive the best service offering. You'll be someone who thrives on accuracy and detail and understands timeliness when it comes to completion. Your EAS license is a must, and your can-do attitude is equally as valuable.This is a full-time Monday to Friday opportunity based in Kingsland, Auckland.
