ResponsibilitiesService and Maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)Configure, fault-finding, repairs and programming of building services (CCTV, Type 1A, Access Control, IT, Third party systems)Responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of services to Honeywell's clients through management of the technical team and sub-contractorsMeet customer needs and be proactive in building strong customer relationshipsEnsure Health and Safety plans are adhered to in any services workAssist in maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing customer site downtimeSoftware load and Configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as requiredMinor Project management of projects and small works including high level management of customerTechnical consulting, design and implementation of Honeywell SystemsDevelopment and maintenance of site-specific documentationKey Experience & Capabilities :Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or Trade certificateIntermediate to High computer skillsAt least 2 years' experience with Honeywell / Non-Honeywell control systems and products across systemsMust have a full NZ driver's licenseFault finding and repairs of electronic equipmentStrong experience in building (Security) systems troubleshooting, fault-finding and problem diagnosisCommissioning experience knowledge in security
