Reporting into the Operations Manager, the role is a single site-based position to provide team support and assist other team members in delivery of work at our customer's site. It is also responsible for servicing the customer's site, maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.Key Responsibilities:Service and Maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)Configure, fault-finding, repairs and programming of building services (CCTV, Type 1A, Access Control, Intrusion detection, IPTV and Third-party systems)Provide Level 1 Security System & Product support and be the first point of contact for Security related issuesMeet site contractual needs and be proactive in building strong customer relationshipsEnsure Health and Safety plans are adhered to in any services workManage Small to Medium project installations including managing SubcontractorsTechnical consulting, design and implementation of Honeywell SystemsDevelopment and maintenance of site-specific documentationKey Experience & Capabilities:Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or Trade certificateIntermediate to High computer skillsAt least 5 years' experience with Honeywell/Non-Honeywell control systems and products across systemsMust have a full NZ driver's licenseFault finding and repairs of electronic equipmentStrong experience in building (Security) systems troubleshooting, fault-finding and problem diagnosisCommissioning experience – knowledge in securityCurrently Hold or capable of holding MOJ clearanceWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
