The Kärcher Field Service Technician is responsible for service assistance & support to both end users and internal customers to ensure the maximum utilisation and working life of Residential and Commercial product and the day-to-day operation of the Workshop.
This is how you WOW: Perform routine safety, preventative maintenance, and warranty repairs to a high standard.Diagnose, repair, service and overhaul Commercial and Industrial cleaning equipment, including car and truck washes.Perform equipment inspections, adjustments, and certifications across a wide variety of equipment.Maintain the workshop and service van in a safe and orderly manner.Liaise with customers in a professional manner.Ensure effective use of Kärcher's CRM system for maintenance of customer & equipment information.
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools.Help train other service technicians utilising your own knowledge base.Perform other duties that may be assigned It would be WOW if you would bring this in: Three years' service experience with a cleaning machinery company or similar, including walk behind and ride on Professional grade equipment.
From a stability perspective, two of those years must have been with the same company.Previous experience in servicing mechanical, electrical or automotive machinery, as well as diagnostics experience.Proven ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.Proven ability to understand and communicate information of a technical nature.
Knowledge of safety rules and practices as applied to repair shops and principles and functions of mechanical equipment.
