We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Technician to carry out both location-based and workshop servicing and repairs.You will be working with world-class brands of machinery and equipment including Kubota, Landini, Brevi, Pichon, Vaderstad, and Vredo. You will be fully supported by your Service Manager and the dealership team and receive ongoing training at our own National Training Centre in Palmerston North.To be successful you will haveHeavy automotive trade qualification and/or at least 3 years experience in repairs & servicing of heavy machineryStrong technical knowledge and advanced skills in diagnosis, repairs and servicingHigh standards of workmanship and ability to accurately complete required paperworkComputer skills including the use of OEM diagnostic softwareGreat customer service and communication skillsExcellent work ethic - determined to deliver both a timely and high standard of service and repairs to our customersYou will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week within our core business days and hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, and also participate in a roster to provide on-call support to Norwood customers.If you would like to know any more about this position, please email ****** with any confidential enquiries.We kindly request that all interested candidates apply directly to Norwood for consideration.
