Reporting to the Service Business Leader, this role is responsible for leading the service delivery team to deliver top-class building management service and maintenance offerings effectively and efficiently to existing and new customers. The role is also responsible for ensuring effective management of workload, improvement of processes and systems, client relationships and escalations, and financial control of jobs.You will manage the day-to-day operations and work with peers, other departments, and customers to meet mutual goals and objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team to deliver on agreed service and maintenance contract outcomes.Responsible for revenue and margin growth which includes monitoring and maximizing financial performance, and continuously seeking new/additional opportunities for growth.Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to design, cost and deliver on the best solutions for the clients' needs in the areas of building maintenance systems including HVAC, ICS, electronic security, cyber security etc. Mentor, train, coach and measure your team in doing likewise.Maintain high standards of performance for self, direct reports, and others.Lead the service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment.Responsible for the overall relationship of the customers, and top-class interactions between customers and service team members.Ensure timely and accurate compliance with internal metrics for financial reporting, cost controls, Health and Safety and Quality Assurance.Key Experience & Capabilities:Degree in an Engineering discipline; Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical preferred.Minimum 3 years' experience in team leader/management and minimum 6 years of technical experience in the industry - BMS and/or electronic security preferred.In-depth knowledge of BMS systems, preferably EBI, Comfortpoint or Niagara.Strong technical skills and broad exposure to technical issues, ability to design and execute solutions based on technical expertise.Strong communication skills both verbal and written and interpersonal.Ability to lead a team, work cooperatively and provide technical direction in a team environment.Ability to work under pressure and respond to requests in a timely manner.A strong commitment to a safe working environment.Capacity to deliver against multiple objectives.Demonstrated financial skills.Who We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
