Field Service Officer

We have permanent full-time opportunities to join our team where we need staff to cover Electronic Monitoring Field Officer roles. You will be responsible for ensuring electronic monitoring equipment is correctly installed and working properly on people in the Community serving a non-custodial sentence. You will attend to locations such as courts, prisons, and residential locations, as required to conduct these installs or call outs. You will be our first point of contact for any equipment failure, alert activations, and you will liaise with our field support team to ensure issues are attended to and fixed quickly. This is an exciting fast-paced role where no 2 days will be the same.
