You will collaborate with top minds, grow through continuous learning, and thrive in an environment that rewards and celebrates achievements.Join Us and Make an Impact.As a Field Service Leader, your focus will be to lead New Zealand Service Commercial function to deliver best in class solutions to meet customer expectations and meet Honeywell growth and financial performance targets.Key Responsibilities:Own the commercial contracts and SPOT revenuesLead the commercial service teams to deliver service offerings (HVAC, BMS, e-Security, CCTV and Controls) effectively and efficiently to existing and new customersAchieve Annual Operating planWork with Sales to drive revenue and identify opportunity and booking revenue for SPOT and service contractsEffective and efficient resource management and people utilizationDriving future direction by driving training programs to enhance engineers and technicians' level of competenceManage day to day operations, including customer concerns, corrective actions ensuring satisfactory completionsUnderstand customer needs and formulate technical solutions based on Honeywell offeringsResponsible for forecasting, cost management, scheduling and reportingIdentify and challenge latent defects while managing clients and building strong relationshipsDrive Honeywell Safety culture and drive culture of sustainability and compliance within the teamKey Experience & Capabilities:Degree in an engineering discipline; Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.10+ years of technical experience in the industry; BMS or electronic security specialty preferredExceptional staff management and process improvement skillsExperience working on commercial maintenance contractsDemonstrated ability to meet and improve delivered financial results from implemented estimatesCommitment to customer satisfaction and passionate in building strong relationshipsEffective communication - both verbal and written and negotiation skillsExperience with direct customer contactPeople leader, proven track record in delivering contract obligationsTechnical and financial acumenWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
