What You'll Do
As a Field Service Engineer , you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our cutting-edge medical devices are fully operational, directly impacting patient care and safety. You will be the trusted expert, conducting vital maintenance and providing top-tier technical support to our valued customers.
Your work will involve troubleshooting, installations, and ongoing support, all while building strong relationships with healthcare providers across the region. Conduct Preventative and Reactive Maintenance on medical devices, ensuring they function optimally.
Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting issues to maintain continuous operation.
Support the installation of new medical equipment, ensuring seamless integration at customer sites.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, becoming their go-to technical expert.
Manage your own schedule and documentation, ensuring all service activities are accurately recorded.

Skills and Experience:
A Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 12 months of experience in field service, preferably within medical devices or a related technical area.
Strong mechanical and electro-mechanical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction.
Self-motivation and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage your own schedule.
A valid Driver's License and eligibility to obtain a Restricted (EAS) Electrical License .
