Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, the Field Sales Manager will be a core part of shaping our future growth. You will plan and implement targeted, sophisticated and demonstrably successful sales strategies whilst maintaining a high level of customer and people centric engagement. Along with leading, motivating and developing our professional sales team, you will take the lead for business expansion into new business streams, working to ensure maximum sales volumes and expanded opportunities.
To be successful you should have the following key attributes: A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior sales and customer relationship role with a proven strong track record of successDemonstrate influential leadership skillsPossess sound commercial acumen and be results and deadline focusedHave an excellent understanding of planning, performance and budgeting cycles and proceduresExperience establishing systems and processes for effective delivery of core Customer and Commercial business objectives focused on increasing margins whilst working in a competitive marketPossess excellent communication skills and understand the value of engaging peopleIf you can demonstrate the attributes above whilst thinking outside the square and manage and lead courageously with integrity and fairness, then we would love to hear from you.
