About Our Role
 
As Sunshine Solar continues to grow, we're seeking a talented Field Sales consultant to join our team. This role combines technical knowledge, sales expertise, and customer service excellence to help customers achieve energy independence.
 
As a contractor to Sunshine Solar your working hours are flexible, driven only by your desire to deliver sales results. Ideally you will be available regularly on evenings and weekends to meet with homeowners. All your appointments are pre-booked and pre-qualified by the team, no lead chasing required!
 
Key Responsibilities Sales consultations - conduct professional in-home consultations with pre-qualified prospects, follow-up systematically, update CRM system System design – create detailed solar system designs, calculate potential energy production and savings, prepare comprehensive quotes Customer relations - build and maintain strong customer relationships, provide expert advice on solar technology, ensure smooth handover to installation team & follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction Professional development - participate in regular training sessions, stay current with industry & product developments, attend team meetings and sales briefings, contribute to team knowledge sharing About You
 
At Sunshine Solar, you're part of a family that values your contribution and is dedicated to helping you achieve career goals.  If you're passionate about renewable energy and have a strong desire to get into the industry but have not yet had direct industry experience, we are still keen to hear from you if you are a proven sales talent.
 
You will ideally bring: 3+ years of sales experience; ideally in Solar or a similar B2C sales environment. If you have electrical knowledge this is beneficial too!
