The role : We're on the hunt for a Field Operative to work across Auckland Metro areas! This role will see you working within a team to provide a range of cleaning and maintenance services on oOh!'s Street Furniture assets (bus shelters) and also carry out the installation of advertising posters on these assets.
Our warehouse is in Avondale (which you'll visit roughly once a day for parts and products, to collaborate with your team mates, and once a month for our onsite team BBQ) and then you'll be off to manage your daily run!
This role offers a variety of work where no two days will be the same! You will have a clear view of your upcoming schedule and given the autonomy to plan your hours around the best route.
Working across a roster from Sunday to Friday, this role offers flexibility in start and end times, as long as work is completed, and you fulfill a 38hr work week (one Sunday each fortnight is required for posting replenishment deadlines).
You will also be required to be on call and once every couple of months after hours (3-8pm) and on weekends.
Your duties will cover : Cleaning of all bus and train shelters and other assets within your designated area (pressure cleaning, insecticide / weed killing, glass clean up, general cleanliness) Graffiti removal and minor repairs Fortnightly posting of advertising campaigns as well as mid and special posts throughout that fortnight Securing potentially hazardous sites Monitoring and reporting of damages and faults 100% adherence to strict policies, procedures and code of conduct Maintaining cleanliness of company vehicle Company vehicle, uniform and all equipment provided! Monthly toolboxes, team BBQs, great team culture! The experience : 2 weeks full training and induction will be provided where you will learn the ropes buddying with our Senior team members; however, previous experience in commercial cleaning or asset maintenance is preferred.
Flexibility to work on-call and after hours work as well as a full, clean MANUAL Drivers Licence is a must.
In addition, you will thrive in a team environment and be able to work autonomously, using your initiative while working with minimal supervision.
Good communication, tech-savvy nature, and compliance with WHS policies are also key to this role. You must also pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol check, license check and reference checks.
