You'll play a pivotal role in providing our clients with the technical support they need, precisely when they need it, all while maintaining a diligent, efficient, and friendly approach.As a Field Engineer your Key Responsibilities Include:Representing The Instillery with our customers, providing level 2/3 Infrastructure support on client sites.Resolving clients' technical issues and enabling them in their day-to-day operations.Managing a ticket queue within specified timeframes (supporting users onsite and remotely).You will be a jack of all trades ready to take ownership in the job, with a proven IT support track record.You will ideally have:A minimum of 2 years' IT, Service Desk, or Field Engineer experience.Proficiency in a variety of technologies, including MS Stack, VMware, Hyper-V, networking, Citrix, Wintel, Exchange, SQL, SAN, and Terminal Services.Confidence, dependability, and an excellent client-facing attitude.Experience in the IT industry and familiarity with ITIL or other relevant Service Management certifications.At The Instillery, we offer an extensive employee benefits program, including parental leave support, healthcare coverage, and competitive remuneration.
