The Opportunity Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the newly created role of Alumni Development Manager will be responsible for establishing, growing and stewarding a network of engaged individuals and community partners who champion and feel connected to the school. Specifically, the Alumni Development Manager will: Develop and implement a fundraising programme delivering donor engagement and funds to the School's capital campaigns. Oversee the establishment and growth of the Ficino School Alumni database of past parents and students. Develop the culture of giving at Ficino. What You'll Bring To secure this role, you'll need: A proven history in fundraising including developing and implementing fundraising strategies and programmes in the education / academic or the not-for-profit sector. Previous experience with the establishment and growth of an alumni or similar member-based organisation. An understanding of and ability to use a range of technology including donor management software. Remuneration / Reward In addition to an attractive salary, the successful candidate will receive six weeks' annual leave. This role is being offered on a part time basis, 20 hours per week.
