The purpose of this role is to provide account management and helpdesk support services to our Fee Protect Customers. Key Responsibilities Monitor the Fee Protect email and phone queues Provide timely, professional and accurate advisory services to our customers Helping end users navigate and use the Fee Protect website system Reviewing applications Ko wai koe | About you Outstanding customer service is at the heart of everything you do, you are open and willing to help those that need our support.
