The purpose of this role is to provide account management and helpdesk support services to our Fee Protect Customers.Key Responsibilities:Monitor the Fee Protect email and phone queuesProvide timely, professional and accurate advisory services to our customersHelp end users navigate and use the Fee Protect website systemReview applicationsKo wai koe | About youOutstanding customer service is at the heart of everything you do. You are open and willing to help those that need our support.
