Fast Food Cook

We are currently looking for Fast Food Cook to join our busy Store located within Rotorua. You must have passion towards food and ability to thrive under pressure. You will have a positive and right attitude, committed, reliable and be really helpful.

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Minimum guaranteed hours of work per week: 30 Hours
Days required: Monday to Sunday (rotating hours)
Hourly Rate: $28.18
Your duties will include but not limited to:

Preparing the Pizzas from the menu and as per customer special requirements
Preparing the variety of dough for pizzas and garlic breads
Washing, preparing and cutting the topping vegetables and variety of meat
Making fresh pizza sauces and storing them at the right temperature
Operating and Controlling the temperatures of the cooking equipment, ovens and grills
Follow the instructions and prepare the food as per the dietary requirements
To assist in ordering the inventory and maintaining the stock levels
Taking deliveries of the stock ordered
Taking orders, serving the customer and receiving the payments from customers
Ensuring the customer orders are completed in timely manner
Keeping the work areas and utensils always clean, hygienic and tidy
Ensuring the compliance meet with all health and safety regulations

A successful candidate must have:

Above 18 years of age
Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
Physically fit and hard working
Late evenings, Weekend and Public Holiday availability
Punctual, reliable and honest
No Criminal conviction
Must pass the drug test
Training will be provided to the right candidate.
