Mangere Fresh Supermarket is seeking a dedicated and energetic Fast Food Cook to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality meals quickly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction with every order.
Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare and cook a variety of fast food items according to company recipes and standards.
 Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented attractively.
 Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
 Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
 Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to the management team.
 Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high food quality.
 Assist in the training of new kitchen staff as needed.
 Follow proper procedures for using kitchen equipment and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

 Previous 1 year experience as a cook or relevant qualification.
 Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
 Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
 Good communication and teamwork skills.
 Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
 Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
