Our client is ideally seeking an experienced Wholesale Coordinator who is a proactive and motivated go-getter.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a key role in supporting internal wholesale operations and sales order processes.
Manage system input, updates, and general administrative tasks Oversee shipping and logistics of stock for their retail accounts throughout NZ Manage sample ranges, organize arrivals, and handle indent orders Liaise with retail buyers, process orders and forms, and create lookbooks Oversee customer service and ensure excellent service standards About You: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience in office admin and customer service ideally within wholesale and/or fashion Strong multitasking and time management skills Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Capable of working independently when team members are on sales trips Resilient and effective under pressure during peak seasons (up to 6 weeks of intense activity) What's on Offer: Monday to Friday role with the very occasional after-hours work required (which you will be compensated for) Great base salary plus the perks of fashion clothing discounts Opportunity to work with a successful business owner who values flexibility Prime central Auckland location If you are passionate about wholesale, fashion and operations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply today as this role won't be vacant for long!
