Key Responsibilities: Adding value to our meat offering by cutting and trimming whole cuts.Maintain solid product knowledge and inspire customers with ideas and advice.Lead initiatives to have the best-looking butchery cabinets in all Farro stores, liaising with the store teams and our category manager.Monitor the quality of products and take action if quality does not meet the 'every mouthful matters' standard.Champion and role model Health and Safety practices and processes.Support the in-store culture of fun and discovery.Take pride in ensuring a consistently inspirational, quality, appealing shopping experience.Be part of the store team and help in other areas as needed, including seafood setup, restocking shelves, cooking, conducting tastings, and other duties as they arise.What do we want you to be?
