Surrounded by beautiful trees and country, and in the heart of Waikato, this workshop is in growth mode and recruiting both workshop and field service technicians.

This group is well known in the industry for representing some of New Zealand's best selling and servicing global brands of tractors and agricultural machinery.


The role
You will be carrying out workshop and field based services, maintenance, and repairs to various brands of tractors and agricultural machinery within the Auckland region.


Skills required
The ideal background would be a mechanic with an agricultural/farming machinery background, however, diesel mechanics with experience on other equipment and adaptable skills are welcome to apply.

Relevant automotive trade qualificationProven experience working on tractors and other agricultural / farming machinery is first preferenceHigh standards of performanceAbility to work without supervisionSolid diagnostics and fault finding skillsTeam player and good work ethicExcellent communication skills The rewards This role pays top rates for those with relevant skills and experience, offers overtime at time and a half, as well as other benefits - rates will range between $34 and $40 per hour.Training will also be offered on a regular basis to ensure technical skills are kept up to date and that technicians continue to add to and develop their abilities.A vehicle will be provided for field service duties if you choose to do field serviceThe role is permanent with a minimum 40 hours of work per week.
