Qualifications for Farm Research Director:

Candidate must have a degree in agriculture and animal science.

Must have 8-9 years of experience in farm management.

Practical knowledge of livestock and crop management.

Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Familiarity with scientific research methods and data analysis.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders and produce reports.

Responsibilities for Farm Research Director:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the farm to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate closely with researchers to support scientific studies and experiments conducted on the farm.

Manage farm resources, including livestock, crops, equipment, and staff.

Collect and analyze data related to farm operations and collaborate with scientists, industry partners, and regulatory bodies.
