Due to a reset strategy and vision for the business unit, there is an opportunity for an experienced people leader to take Ravensdown Environmental into its next chapter.Reporting to the Chief Environment and Sustainability Officer this key role will ideally be based in Christchurch (other locations by negotiation) and will be responsible for developing capability within the current national team while building capacity to meet growing demand for specialist farm environmental advice. You will be an experienced people leader with strong commercial acumen who builds credibility through your knowledge and skillset.Able to be strategic with an eye to the future, you will be somebody who enjoys leading people and fostering collaboration between internal and external parties.
