Farm Assistant/Herd Manager

Due to one of our team deciding to leave farming, we are looking for a farm assistant or possibly a herd manager to join our team running 2 neighbouring dairy farms.
We are looking for someone who enjoys farming and wants to build a career in this industry.
Having the 2 farms means there is plenty of opportunity to upskill and grow.
To be successful, you will need a can-do attitude, the ability to show up to work on time, and be able to work well within a team.
Having some experience in dairy farming is preferred, but we are happy to take on the right person and train them also.
A 3-bedroom house will be available in about 4 weeks' time.
We have a 20 a side herringbone shed with inshed feeding and a 36 a side herringbone shed with cup removers and inshed feeding.
The 2 farms are joined together by a central race, and the team works across both.
