Lead a team of Nurse Case Managers and Social Workers in this unique role, focusing on the patient with complex health and social needs together with their family!About us:Health New Zealand - Counties Manukau District serves a unique and diverse community. We offer secondary-level (hospital and specialist) care and a selected range of community and domiciliary services for the population of Counties Manukau - the area that stretches from Otahuhu to Port Waikato.About the role:This role sits within Pacific Health Development which is a unit within the Pacific Health Hospital & Specialist Services Improvement Directorate. The Fanau Ola Manager will have experience to contribute to the management, nursing leadership, innovation and excellence in the delivery of this service within Health New Zealand Counties Manukau.Fanau Ola also delivers Pacific Cultural Competency Training that contributes to increasing the knowledge around Pacific cultures and improving how we respond and deliver care to our community.
