Family Support Nurse –

FAMHS is looking for a registered nurse with recent mental health and addictions experience to join the team as a community based family support nurse.
This part-time role will provide education, support, information and advocacy to the family and whanau of a person with a mental health condition.
This is an opportunity to make a significant difference to the health and wellbeing of family, whanau and the community. It will suit someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, is self-motivated and enjoys building networks. The ability to utilise culturally appropriate, therapeutic practice is essential.
