Job Overview Join the esteemed Community Hospital Trust located on the picturesque North Island of New Zealand as a GP - Family Medicine Specialist.
We seek dedicated and adventurous healthcare professionals with a passion for Rural Health and Maori (Indigenous) Health to enrich our team.

Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients within the local community.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare experts.
Engage in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Participate in a rotational on-call roster, contributing to after-hours care as part of a 1 in 6 schedule.
Support and contribute to community health initiatives with a focus on rural and Maori health.
Required Skills Strong background in Family Medicine.
Keen interest in Rural Health and Maori Health.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Qualifications Medical degree with a specialization in Family Medicine.
Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
Relevant experience in rural and indigenous health is preferred but not mandatory.
