Ideally you will: Have family law experience – we are flexible what that experience looks like! You could love the challenge of family court work such as Care of Children and Family Violence matters, or you could be a dynamo with real experience in Relationship Property, Wills, Estate Disputes – or even be a superstar who does it all! Be well organised and able to manage your own time efficiently Be a confident communicator with strong advocacy skills Be able to produce high quality legal work – both autonomously and as part of a team Be practical in your thinking with good attention to detail Hold a current practicing certificate and have a current resident status and/or the right to work in New Zealand Ideally you will have experience in Family Court (2+ years PQE).
