You could love the challenge of family court work such as Care of Children and Family Violence matters, or you could be a dynamo with real experience in Relationship Property, Wills, Estate Disputes – or even be a superstar who does it all!Be well organised and able to manage your own time efficientlyBe a confident communicator with strong advocacy skillsBe able to produce high quality legal work – both autonomously and as part of a teamBe practical in your thinking with good attention to detailHold a current practicing certificate and have a current resident status and/or the right to work in New ZealandIdeally you will have experience in Family Court (2+ years PQE).
