Your role will involve interacting with the firm's portfolio of high-profile clients to ensure the efficient running of their practice.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing diaries and scheduling appointmentsBooking travel arrangementsOrganising meeting rooms and mediationsLiaising with clients and third partiesAssisting with end-of-month billing and preparing and organising documentationManaging files and supporting the team with general workflow and client managementYou will play a vital role in assisting the partners and team, ensuring everything operates smoothly and efficiently.About You:This role will suit someone who is eager to specialise their legal administrative experience to-date amongst a high-performing team in the family & disputes space.
