Job Description Fairmont Gold Attendant
The Fairmont Gold Lounge Attendant is responsible for providing the highest level of anticipatory food and beverage service to our guests. You will be the person that knows our guests the best and shows them that we truly care by demonstrating and perfecting our enhanced service.
What you will be doing:
Set up and maintain food and beverage service in the Fairmont Gold Lounge. Ensure all items are displayed attractively and replenished promptly.
Provide exceptional service to Fairmont Gold guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
Possess a thorough understanding of the menu and beverage lists, including special promotions and preparation methods. Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
Handle all bills accurately.
Interact with guests to build lasting relationships and anticipate their preferences and needs.
Consistently deliver engaging, friendly, and professional service to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the Fairmont Gold Lounge. Assist with setup, breakdown, and ongoing service processes.
Work closely with kitchen staff and chefs to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Hourly Rate: $30.00 (Break-In Rate applicable for New Hires as per CBA)
Qualifications Your experience and skills include:
Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
Flexible, organized and demonstrates the highest level of service.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
Knowledge of food and beverage items, including preparation techniques and presentation standards.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry trays and equipment.
Stand, walk, and move around during entire shift.
