Factory Manager Manufacturing Boutique Export Pet Food

We are a boutique cat and dog food exporter based in Tuakau, near Pukekohe.
We are looking for a Factory Manager that can speak Mandarin. Ability to speak English is also required.
We export air dried and freeze dried product globally- recipes such as venison and salmon with blueberry and feijoa....we are not your typical pet food company.
 
All of our staff are animal lovers and we do not do any kind of slaughter onsite.
We operate a clean and tidy production site and packing site.
We have 8 staff at the moment.
We are seeking an Factory Manager to oversee production.
This is a Monday to Friday role and the standard hours of operation are 7.30am to 4.30pm.
Responsibilities:
Managing staff to optimise quality of product and production volume. Ensuring production records, inventory records, and MPI records are accurate and up to date.Liaising with MPI, engineers, suppliers (occasional).Ensuring the factory is clean and tidy
 Key Skills | Experience 
Experience in a manufacturing/production environment (must have).Experience managing staff (must have)Computer literacy, especially MS Excel (must have)Experience with MPI e-cert systems and MPI audits (desirable, but not crucial)Experience with creation of Standard Operating Procedures (desirable, but not crucial)
