Factory Assistant

E-liq Lab produces top quality e-liquids for supply both nationwide and internationally. As a Factory Assistant, you will play a key role in the production process of our premium e-liquids. You'll be responsible for assisting with manufacturing, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. Your sharp eye for detail and dedication to excellence will directly impact the quality of our products and the success of the team. About the role: You will be supported by the Production Manager and the rest of the team to: Assist in the preparation and production of e-liquids, following strict safety and hygiene protocols.Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure all products meet the highest standards.Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials.Use light machinery during the mixing processCollaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.Operate manufacturing machinery including set up, changeovers and clean downMaintain a clean and organised work area in line with company standards. Requirements: Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.Proactive approach to work, with the ability to take initiative.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.Experience in a similar role or in manufacturing is an advantage but not essential.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.Basic understanding of safety and hygiene standards in a production environment.Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for extended periods.A can-do attitude.The ability to contribute and work autonomously if needed.Medium level lifting required.
