We are seeking an exceptional Care Home Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established aged care provider in Mosgiel, Dunedin. About the Role: As the Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered while maintaining operational efficiency. You'll lead a dedicated team, fostering a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence, while managing the home's strategic and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding resident care
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
Oversee budgeting, occupancy, and financial reporting
Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of care and service
Engage with residents, families, and the wider community to build positive relationships
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in aged care management or healthcare leadership roles is an advantage
Understanding of New Zealand's aged care standards and compliance requirements
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
A resident-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
Solid financial acumen and experience managing budgets
