Ezystor Self Storage is a New Zealand owned self-storage business with several sites located throughout New Zealand. We have a great working environment with an enjoyable work culture and are excited to find the right candidate to join our Christchurch facility as the new facility manager.The Role:This is a permanent full-time role, managing our new Harewood Facility. The fixed hours are Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM. The role plays an essential part in the ongoing management of the facility. As facility manager, you will work closely with our part-time staff member and the Ezystor general manager. You will be responsible for most areas of the facility including sales, customer service, facility maintenance, and account billing and processing.Your Duties and Requirements Include:Driving storage sales to achieve high levels of occupancy and revenue at the site.Showing potential customers storage unit sizes and options.Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner.Managing customer accounts and billing through our storage software system.General cleaning of facilities, office, and storage units.Be able to work proficiently alone and with the team to complete tasks and goals.The ability to manage part-time staff and on-site maintenance contractors.Have a current license and be legally eligible to work in New Zealand.We are looking for:Someone with a great sales and customer service background.A person with a strong computer skill set.An energetic, positive communicator, with the ability to deal with all types of people.We offer:A competitive salary package.Employer KiwiSaver Contributions.Full Training Provided.Staff uniform and parking included.Enjoyable and flexible working environment.The position is available from 1st September 2024, and we can offer a two-month training program to ensure you are fully trained in all aspects of the role.
