This role will commence 1st April 2025.Responsibilities:Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, community groups, iwi, Auckland Council and the Puketapapa Local Board.Increase utilisation and design exciting programmes tailored to specific communities.Foster exceptional customer and staff relationships, ensuring everyone has an enjoyable experience.Ensure good compliance with policies, procedures, and contractual requirements, maintaining a professional and smooth operation.Skillfully manage risks and promote a safety-first culture, creating a worry-free environment for all.Perform administrative tasks, from planning and budgeting to staff management and organisation.Assist with Swim School, Fitness, Customer Service, or Lifeguarding as needed, showing your team spirit.Enjoy a competitive remuneration package, free use of the facility, and access to other CLM facilities.
