Job DescriptionProspero Health and Social Care have the privilege of working alongside a leading Aged Care provider of Aged Care Services in New Zealand. This nationwide provider prides itself on providing holistic care for the elderly, based on the individual needs of those within their care.The OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for 3 Facility Managers, two in Canterbury and one in Northland.Successful Applicants WillSupervise, lead, and support Clinical and non-Clinical Staff, whilst managing the day-to-day operations, including the financial and budgeting aspects of the Facility.Skills And ExperienceRegistered Nurse with experience working within Aged Care in NZ with current APC3+ years' experience working within a Residential Aged Care setting in a leadership roleSound knowledge and experience working with dementia patients – two of these facilities have Psychogeriatric UnitsSound knowledge of the NZ Aged Care Quality and Safety StandardsExcellent clinical and critical thinking skillsPrevious Financial Management and Budgeting experienceEnthusiasm, drive, and a desire to be successful in this roleA passion for Aged Care and a desire to make a difference in the lives of Residents and familiesApplication ProcessIf you would like to be considered for this position, please apply with a copy of your up-to-date CV and Cover Letter to: ******.
