As the Business and Care Manager you will be responsible for

Driving Financial Performance including budgets
Facility and Household Management
Take ownership of the business
Achieve Financial Performance Target
Develop Business Plan
Audits €" Internal and External
Management of Service delivery
Occupancy Management
Maintain regular contacts with DHB€™s Assessors and Families
Continuous Quality Improvement
Occupancy Management
Risk Management
Health and Safety

 
This is an interesting and diverse role and you will need good business acumen the ability to make good business judgments and deliver the desired results.
 

This position is a Senior Management role so the ideal person must be able to support and implement changes and have broad knowledge of all operational activities

 

Your recent management experience in Aged Care at Senior Management level with strong business background and demonstrated leadership in managing staff groups and major projects is an advantage

 
To make an easy transition into the team you must be a good communicator have excellent computer skills and be an excellent people Manager
