The Facilities Manager is responsible for meeting and improving client satisfaction, meeting financial targets including growth and margin targets, and key people and operational metrics.Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, you will ensure the retention and growth of the portfolio under management for all services. The role provides local management, operational support, client management, and an escalation point to ensure superior performance of the account and identify opportunities to grow the accounts and meet the client's objectives.An Overview of the role:Accountable for all aspects of the service delivery and performance for local Work Dynamics lead client accounts in New Zealand.Maintain oversight of and manage service performance in relation to local Work Dynamics lead accounts.Monitor or manage the agreed account governance programme including regular reports and client interface meetings, as required for all local Work Dynamics lead accounts.Working with HR Business partner and regional/corporate account directors, complete recruitment and resourcing to maintain and deliver client services.Maintain visibility over the operational compliances and certifications for all client sites; ensuring that appropriate actions are taken by account teams.Liaise with Regional/Corporate Account Directors to develop client communication plans for your local client stakeholders and ensure their implementation at local level.Ensure that fully executed contracts or engagements services are in place for all service provided.Support local business whilst working with the Work Dynamics Business Development teams.Sounds like you?
