The Opportunity We have an opportunity for a Facility Manager to work alongside our Office Services team to provide a safe, comfortable, and efficient facility for our colleagues and the wider GFNZ business.
To achieve this, your responsibilities will include:
Manage the day to day operational and safety requirements of the Head Office on Nelson Street, AucklandDevelop, implement, educate and manage SOPs, to support security card system, induction of new employees, function management, employee car parking, and order of consumablesImplement and manage maintenance, refurbishment and building works (including floorplans)Pool Vehicle Management and MaintenanceOversee Printer fleet across 34 sites, incl maintenance and liaising with supplierInternal Communication re Facility UpdatesManage the site sub lease agreements and conditions on behalf of Goodman Fielder New ZealandMaintain pest control services and requirements for the siteNote: This role has a start date of July 2025. Payrate: $30 to $38.50 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) Location: Auckland CBD Is this the right role for you? To make this role a success we are looking for an experienced Facility Manager with a background in a FMCG company and previous experience in Office Management or Facility Management.
