Te aheinga - The opportunity:
Working in a high-performance team within one of our Global energy clients. Reporting directly to the Operations Director in Singapore and working within a collaborative and supportive team.
For the successful candidate, this collaborative and integral position will be a career-defining role to support the foundations for the client's ongoing success in 2024.
A snapshot of a typical day:

Responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of small to medium sized buildings.
Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
Perform facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.
Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

Mo koe - About you:

(ESSENTIAL) Related Facilities Management / Office Management experience
(ESSENTIAL) Knowledge or previous experience in hard services and a background in electrical/mechanical trades
Excellent relationship management skills
Strong computer skills with common applications (E.g. MS Office).
Strong organization and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail.
