You will take a lead role in the creation, planning, coordination and monitoring of planned and reactive Facilities Management works, supporting the Maintenance and Asset Management teams in delivering asset based maintenance services.You will need:A minimum 3 years in a facilities administration, property administration or customer service roleTo be an excellent communicator with the ability to build effective relationshipsExperience in focusing on proactive & enhanced stakeholder engagement and delivering exceptional customer serviceExperience with CMMS and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of finance and/or SAP systemsOutstanding planning and organizational skills, with lots of multi-tasking experienceWhat you will be doing?Facilitating and coordinating the planning, creation and management of planned and reactive work orders associated with the provision of facilities services to FPH's East Tamaki Campus.Daily reporting, review and oversight of planned and reactive open and overdue building work orders with a view to ensuring works are progressed in a timely manner.Collaboration with Asset Management and Maintenance Teams in the development of a continuous improvement approach to Asset Based Facilities Maintenance.Ownership of property CMMS records and administration of controlled documentation associated with the same.Fisher & Paykel Healthcare acknowledges its people through a comprehensive range of benefits, career opportunities and a great working environment.
