Facilities Assistant / Caretaker / Handy-Person

Complete maintenance onsite - could include; fixing windows and doors, locks, handles, plumbing. Hanging pictures and shelves. Understand what each job requires to be completed. Be able to organise sub-contractors to complete jobs, if need be. Access and load jobs into website portal.
