We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity, based from central Merivale.
Hours of work are 6 per day, to be agreed with the successful candidate, within the service hours of 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday.If you have a strong attention to detail, are organised and enjoy working with data, lists and schedules, have experience coordinating contractors and facilities (buildings, infrastructure, or similar), we invite you to apply to join our friendly team today.Responsibilities include:Maintaining and updating our asset management database including collection of data from assets.Prequalifying contractors prior to working on site and management of them.Keeping track of the preventative maintenance schedule, receiving the service sheets on completion of maintenance, reporting and filing.Coding of invoices and recording of data.Maintaining accurate and up to date record keeping, registers and file management for the department.Carry out assigned owners checks and appropriate audits.Inspection of work carried out by contractors has been competed to specification.General administrative support to the department.Engaging contractors where required.Identifying and reporting on risks and issues relating to Health & Safety, compliance, or asset performance.Managing service providers to ensure processes, records and reports for assets are current and updated.He momo/About youTo be successful in this role you will have:Strong multi-tasking, analytical skills and attention to detail.A keen interest in data collection and management.Preferably Facilities and/or Asset experience for buildings and/or infrastructure.An organised and systematic approach to work.Clear and concise communication.A positive can-do attitude, self-motivated and self-managing.The desire for development and growth within the role.
