Mo te turanga mahi | About the role

We are looking for two Facilities Administrators to join our friendly and supportive Property team.
As a Facilities Administrator, your role will be diverse and varied with no day quite the same, but the core functions of the role will be:

Overseeing and undertaking the daily mailroom operations including handling and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail and ensuring mail is processed efficiently and accurately.Coordination across a variety of teams to facilitate effective communication & delivery of mail.Maintaining an inventory of mailroom supplies.Providing support to Reception.Providing support to the Manager, Property Facilities Management for national facilities management activities.These roles are permanent and due to the nature of the responsibilities and tasks, must be worked full time from our Wellington CBD based office (near the railway station).

The base salary range is $54,229 - $68,315 with appointment within the range depending on skills and experience and internal relativities.
ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.

Prior experience in a mailroom, administrative, or customer service role in a large corporate or government organisation would be ideal.
We'll be looking for:

A background in administrative customer service where you have engaged with a wide variety of people and undertaken a broad and diverse range of administrative tasks.Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information (written and verbal), collaborate with colleagues and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.Strong ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and maintain accuracy during busy times.A natural ability to quickly learn new systems/processes and be proactive.Knowledge of, or a willingness to understand and apply, Te Tiriti o Waitangi.Nga Hua Mahi ki ACC | Benefits of working at ACC
